⌖ Concentration of shuffling

A 61-wallet cohort drives roughly a tenth of all position-shuffling on Bittensor.

Across 8,147,892 stake events, "shuffling" is the move_stake operation, relocating staked alpha between hotkeys. We measured what share of it the coordinated clusters account for, against their share of all wallets.
Shuffler cluster wallets 61 of 74,067 distinct wallets0.08%
Their share of all move_stake volume 87,749 of 803,712 shuffles10.9%

The shuffler cohort moves stake at roughly 130 times its population weight: it is 0.08% of wallets but 10.9% of all shuffling. Coordination is not a fringe curiosity here. A handful of synchronized operators account for a structurally large slice of the network's stake relocation.
move_stake = relocating staked alpha between hotkeys, the core action of a "shuffler" operation. Shares are of move_stake volume specifically, not all staking. Coordination is a statistical signature (synchronized timing), not proven shared ownership.  FlowSniper Research · default delegate tao.bot.
